Rep. Wall is a 18-term member of the Strafford County Delegation and previously chaired the delegation and Executive Committee. She continues serving Strafford County on the Executive Committee as well as the Policies and Procedures Committee. She continues chairing the Riverside Rest Home Oversight Committee. Rep. Wall was the county appointee to the Pease Redevelopment Commission. Rep, Wall chairs the Board of Selectmen and is a long-time member of the Madbury Zoning Board of Adjustment, Water Resources Board, Strafford Regional Planning Commission (all which she has chaired or been vice-chair). Wall is a 34-year member (the first female member) of the Durham-Great Bay Rotary Club. She is a Paul Harris Fellow. She was director of RADAR and Community Services in the Rotary Club. She served on the Bd. of Directors for UNH Cooperative Extension. Wall was Northeast Regional Chair of AAUW and the League of Women Voters. She served on the Bd. of Directors for UNH Cooperative Extension. Wall was Northeast Regional Chair of AAUW and the League of Women Voters. She is a member and past President National Order of Women Legislators and served as Northeast. Wall is a longtime member & Vice Chair of the NH-Canada Trade Council. She is the Ranking Member and past vice chair of the Joint Ethics Committee. She is the Ranking Member and passed vice chair of the Joint Historic Committee. She served 7 terms on the Joint Administrative Rules Comm. Wall also served on the Governor's Drug Task Force. She was the NH appointee and Field Representative for Women in Military Service for America Memorial at Arlington, Va. She served on the board of directors for the Durham Historic Assoc.; then incorporated and is past president and on the board of directors for Madbury Historical Society. She is a lifetime member of other historic associations. She served many years on the Cooperative Extension Advisory Council. Wall served as Trustee on the NH Judicial Retirement Board.

In her first term-- Wall served on the House Education Committee and Executive Depts. and Administration Committee. Second term-- Resources, Recreation and Development Committee. Third term and onward Judiciary and Criminal Justice Committee-- later called Judiciary Comm. where she was the Ranking Dem. from her second term onward, then Vice Chair. Wall served as Assistant Minority Leader for 3 terms. She has served 16 terms on the Joint Historic Committee and is past Vice chair.
