CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE – Today, the House Election Law Committee unanimously voted to pass SB 43, legislation to conduct a thorough audit of the 2020 election results in Windham. Ranking Democrat Representative David E. Cote (D-Nashua) released the following statement:
“I thank the House Election Law Committee for its work to improve the audit authorized by this bill. The voters deserve a full, open audit of Windham’s election results, and our work on this bill will assure that happens.”
