I am starting my 11th House Term. See above for some detail. Previously, I served 12 years on the Concord City Council including 4 years as the Mayor of Concord. I have served on a number of boards and commissions. For example: Chair and Board Member, Merrimack Valley Assistance Program (HIV), the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center (Chair and Board Member), Presid ent and member NH Chapter, National Association of Social Workers, member, City of Concord Airport Advisory Committee and many others. I have received many awards over the years. This past year, I was awarded a national award: Ruth Knee-Milton Wittman Award for Lifetime Achievement in Health and Mental Health Practice, National Association of Social Workers Foundation.
