Rep Jackie Chretien

Dr. Jacqueline Chretien grew up in Manchester (Memorial High School Class of 2000) and earned a PhD in molecular and cell biology from the University of California at Berkeley in 2011. She was elected to the NH House of Representatives in 2018. She is particularly passionate about public education, with three children at Smyth Road School and several Manchester teachers in her family, as well as environmental justice, healthcare and childcare, and voting rights. In addition to her legislative work, Dr. Chretien also works full time at Research Square, a company that helps researchers navigate the scientific publication process.
